About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Testing Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in software testing who is passionate about delivering reliable, high-quality digital solutions.
You will be responsible for testing websites, mobile applications, and ERP systems, ensuring they meet both client expectations and business requirements. Working closely with developers, project teams, and clients, you will play a key role in identifying issues, improving user experience, and maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and execute test cases and test scenarios.
- Carry out functional, usability, compatibility, cross-browser, cross-platform, and performance testing.
- Test web applications, mobile applications, and ERP systems to ensure they operate effectively and reliably.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, and similar platforms.
- Perform regression testing following bug fixes and system updates.
- Ensure applications perform consistently across different browsers, devices, and operating systems.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and provide effective testing solutions.
- Attend client sites when required to carry out testing activities and support project delivery.
- Provide clear and accurate feedback on testing outcomes, risks, and recommendations.
- Support the continuous improvement of testing processes and quality standards.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in website, mobile application, and ERP testing.
- Good understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
- Experience using defect tracking and test management tools such as JIRA and Bugzilla.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to manage workloads and meet project deadlines.
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors, an added advantage.
